My Workflow structure
1. Requirements gathering
Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn their story to become list of actionable items which can be implemented and easy to understand for both parties (development team and stakeholders)
2. Backlog planning and prioritization
Make meaningful backlog tickets which are clear spect and scope while also prioritize tasks for the development team based on RICE scoring or MoSCoW Method
3. Continuous monitoring
Continuously work alongside the development team within sprint sessions with daily scrum meeting and removing possible blocker or bottleneck before it costing more for the team.
4. Product launch and documentation
Launch the product after a full set of development process on time and always document the product as well as the process of making the software for further improvements.
